Monday, November 23, 2015 at 8:57PM The contract vote will be held Monday 11/30/15 at the Justice Center in the Deputy Training room from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm for those at work. The Union Hall will also be open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday 11/30/15 for those not at work that day to vote.

Friday, September 11, 2015 at 8:52AM CWA Local 4340 will host a bargaining unit meeting for Cuyahoga County Clerk of Courts bargaining unit. The meeting will be held Thursdsay, September 24, 2015 at 5:30 pm at the CWA Union Hall. Meeting notices were mailed to home addresses. Friday, August 21, 2015 at 4:16PM Your Bargaining Committee meet with the County Bargaining Team and presented proposals including wages, benefits, workplace fairness and opportunity for our Members. The County followed by presented some of their proposals. We were able to reach a couple tentative agreements on proposals during this meeting and we have scheduled another meeting to continue discussions on our several open issues.
We will continue to meet as a committee to respond to County proposals and to prepare Union proposals. Your Bargaining Committee is working hard to gain a fair and just contract for all Members.
We are planning on holding a meeting open to all Union Members at the Clerk of Courts in September. Please keep in contact with the Bargaining Committee members, Mobilization Committee members or contact Dave at the Union office.
