Bargaining Update 8/21/15

Your Bargaining Committee meet with the County Bargaining Team and presented proposals including wages, benefits, workplace fairness and opportunity for our Members.  The County followed by presented some of their proposals.  We were able to reach a couple tentative agreements on proposals during this meeting and we have scheduled another meeting to continue discussions on our several open issues.

We will continue to meet as a committee to respond to County proposals and to prepare Union proposals.  Your Bargaining Committee is working hard to gain a fair and just contract for all Members.

We are planning on holding a meeting open to all Union Members at the Clerk of Courts in September.  Please keep in contact with the Bargaining Committee members, Mobilization Committee members or contact Dave at the Union office.
