Bargaining Update

Your Bargaining Committee has been very busy preparing proposals based upon your bargaining surveys.  The committee has prepared almost 40 proposals regarding wages, vacation, workplace equity, job opportunity, just cause, etc....  

Even though you may not be one of the 5 members of the Bargaining Committee, you do sit at the table with us.  Every Member is a part of these negotiations!  Thank you for all your support.

Bargaining Committe

Your Bargaining Committee had met several times to prepare for the upcoming negotiations on your first contract.  They have worked had reviewing your bargaining surveys to prepare proposals that meet your requests.  The Bargaining Committee will be comprised of 5 Members from within your Bargaining Unit and 2 representatives from CWA Local 4340.

Thank you all for your support and please talk to one of the Mobilization Committee members from your Bargaining Unit (Cuyahoga County Clerk of Courts) to fill our your Membership Card.
