I have been working with Jason Sobczyk from the Human Resources Department on several issues.

Retro and New Wage Rate - As of 9/13/13, The Payroll and IT are working to update the system to reflect the new wages, to reflect the new wages retro, and levels that the CBA calls for. They are hoping to have these changes completed next week for the next paycheck, This data this date is tentative though.
