Robert D. Johnson Memorial Scholarship Fund | Cleveland Foundation

Purpose: To provide scholarship support for members, or their children, of Communications Workers of America (CWA) – District 4 with a minimum of 18 months tenure, having a minimum 2.0 GPA, and the potential to succeed in college based on completed application. Beirne Foundation Scholarship Application for 2023-2024 Now Available

The CWA Joe Beirne Foundation will award 16 partial college scholarships of $4,000 each for two years for the 2022-2023 academic year. CWA members, their spouses, children, and grandchildren are eligible for the scholarships, including the dependents of retired, laid-off, or deceased members.

Applications are available only online at the Foundation's website. The final deadline for the 2023-2024 school year is 11:59 p.m., EDT, April 30, 2023.
